To the Ocean State we go!

We returned from Rhode Island last night. Another great trip with Henry, the happy traveler! He had such a great time on the plane and was entertained by, and entertaining, all the passengers.
We arrived on Thursday morning and spent the day with Emily. My friends, Megan and her husband, Carlos arrived later that afternoon. We went to dinner in Providence with my sister that evening. Henry slept in his stroller through dinner. He did wake up on the way back to Pam's to entertain us with is version of the call of the wild. That's all I'll say about that other than I'm not sure about anyone else in the car, but I think there are certain pitches that I will not be able to hear very clearly anymore...
Friday Pam toured us around Newport. Beautiful. We then dashed back to Pam's and got ready for my friend's wedding. Henry stayed home with Pam and Emily. I would like to say that he rested and took it easy, but I think that Henry missed Emily on Thursday night and gave her another version of his war call. Ooops. So much for my easy-going baby.
Here's our photo album:

Flirting with the flight attendants.

Love Aunt Pam's red room. Henry is starting to "kiss". He will lean toward your face with mouth wide open and say. "aahhhhh". This is him kissing his "friend". Henry also fell in love with Pam's chandelier over her bed. I think she took pity and allowed us to sleep in her room with the big comfy bed. Now how many hours do you think it took me to get HRH to sleep in his boring hard crib tonight? Hint-it's 10:30pm!

This is Henry getting some pointers from his Godfather, Chris, who was away at camp. We still managed to take the drive to go see him. Emily, serving up something sweet. She's scooping ice cream for the summer.

To the beach! We managed to bring just about the same amount of stuff as when Billy and I went to Ocean City!

Henry loves his Emily. He says, "ahhhhhhh".

Not that anyone wants to see a picture without Henry in it-but the reason we travelled to RI was to attend my friend's wedding. Here's Sara with Megan and I.
