We arrived home this evening. My grandmother's funeral (Henry's great grandmother/mummsy) was touching with Irish humor and beautiful music compliments of my Uncle Chris and his very talented kids; Becky, Kathryn and Chris, Jr. My cousin's husband, Joe, even sang. Boy those genes certainly skipped right over me! Perhaps Henry will have that gift as Billy's son, Will, is musically talented.
The remainder of the weekend was spent catching up with cousins and passing Henry around. He was very popular as you can see from all the kisses on his face as he hung out on Aunt Katy's shoulder. It was so sweet to see Henry being loved and taken care of by his cousins, especially Jackie, Shannon, Lindsay and Caitlyn.
Henry was perfect on both the flight there and the return flight. He even got his picture taken with the pilot! He kept the gentleman next to us entertained on the way to KC and he slept on the way home (I'm not surprised, he was worn out!).
Another First-big belly laugh on Sunday night. Does first bath with a cousin count as a first? It was way too cute not to mention-unfortunately I could not get the video to upload. You'll have to be happy with the picture. Precious!
