Henry's Sleep-Overs

Yes, sleep-overs. Yes, G-I-R-L-S! What??!!
Actually, I'm backing up to Pre-Halloween.
Yep. Georgia's Mommy and Daddy went to a church retreat and
we were the lucky ones to be able to keep her.

Henry was so excited to have "Geor-JA" over to play with and show off his trains...For me, I just wanted to play with her hair and dress her in girly outfits. Georgia and I picked Henry up from Ms. Karen's house where all the kids were dressed up in their Halloween costumes. So, once again, like herding cats, we took some pictures.Georgia made herself at home in her princess costume and I'm such a boy-mommy, I don't remember which princess it was. She brought two to choose from. By the way, I know the names to ALL the Thomas the Tank Engine Trains! Georgia did not want to wear her hat,
but she certainly wasn't going to let Ben, the dragon, wear it.Just to make sure he didn't take it again..."the glare".
I love girls! A boy would have done, "the hit".
Sorry, was that sexist?Sophia thought her hat would look good on Liliana, the cheerleader.
And, yes, I know, Henry's puppy costume is way to small. I bought it too early and he decide to sprout and he also decided (insisted) on wearing it.When we got home our neighbor invited us over to their
pumpkin patch to pick out some pumpkins.
Love it. By the way, Henry started calling her "Georga-Bean"
I think her dad calls her that.
Inside to paint the pumpkins. Sorry about the blurry pics.
Pizza then off to bed.
I later discovered that this top was indeed a top.
Not pajamas.
Sorry Stacy. Boy's PJ's are very cut and dry. I'm happy to report that the Thomas toothbrush was a hit. No, I didn't let her use it-but I think she's getting one for herself!
Saturday morning we went to, yet another, Halloween Party. This one was at a park and although it was a beautiful day, it was chilly enough that coats had to be worn over costumes.
Check out this great idea for a game for next year's Boo Brunch!
Since this was a big kid party (4-year-olds), they used a bat for the pinata.
None of this string pulling business.I don't know. I kind of like the string pulling...Henry gave it a whack though. Georgia declined. She played it smart and waited until the contents fell out.
By the way, I put the bow in her hair. So much fun! Group picture,
The puppy feeds the princess!
The other visitor we had was earlier in the month. My good friend, Rebecca. She quickly became Henry's good friend.
They confirmed their friendship with a little tattoo-ing...
...and camping......and dancing!
...and went to a concert/ho-down! Yes, for those of you that know Rebecca-she IS sitting on a bale of hay. For those of you that do not know Rebecca, I never thought I would see her sit on a bale of hay. Not the bale of hay kinda' gal. But you know Henry can be pretty persuasive.
He hooked her!
Here she is sharing her love of fine arts with Henry.

Oh yeah. And I could not resist!
