Our Henry woke up this morning feeling pretty sure of himself-
or of Nonnie to deliver...sorry, mom
Oh yeah!

We went to dinner at Daddy's restaurant (per tradition, except dinner now starts at 5PM not 10PM).

Willie and Claudia joined us. Perfect!

This is right after he walked the length of the center aisle crawled right up to the alter and grabbed the Virgin Mary. Good one Henry! At least it was after the service.
We snuck back to the restaurant for a quick change and a good-night smooch!


Henry doesn't really understand the concept of Christmas yet. He knows Santa to see him as well as Baby Jesus. He knows parts of Christmas Carols ("Jingle way...", "Santa Clause... town", "Badabadabada"-Drummer Boy) but he has not put it all together. There's even a book that we're reading where Santa Clause visits Bethlehem in search of the newborn King (I know...). So I thought it was pretty funny when Henry looked in the fireplace saying,

We left dinner by 6:30, to catch the, oops, 6:00PM Children's Services at church. Oh well, we were able to sing a few carols and play in the snow in the church garden.
