This is a long post. Lots to report...
Good friends from Florida are here for a visit. That's my excuse for not posting in a while... Friday night we hung around the house with the Haworth's. Well, Karen, Caitlin and Carson. Charlie did not join us. I can't imagine why. Look at all the fun we had
Saturday morning we went to the 2nd annual Easter Egg Hunt. Luckily Henry and I made it after I wrenched him from Tommy's arms.
"So that was just practice, E.B., here's what I want in my real basket..."
Henry digging into Sky's 'Victoria Secret' Easter Basket.
Here is the genius that is our child. He knew exactly what to do. How funny that he got impatient and ditched the basket. Sorry about the focusing issue.
After nap, we hung around outside in the gorgeous weather. Yeah Spring!
True to form, Henry targets Tommy and won't leave his side.
We then took the boat to National Harbor. Henry loved the boat ride. The last time we did this, he was not a toddler. Totally different game for mama!
"Got my sea-legs!"
On the way back to the boat we watched this fun "dancing fountain". Henry was having a blast. How could I not let him get soaked right before we left on a boat? Yeah, bad mommy. But seriously, check out the videos. He was having so much fun and everyone was being entertained by our little goof ball. He is so cute. When he gets excited, he does this little "happy-dance" where he bobs his head back and forth. So funny.

Here's a picture of Chris and I. We looked like sisters in high school and I think we still do!
Church Sunday, which included schmoozing with Reverend John.
He has palm trees on his pants. Palm Sunday. Get it?
