Social Butterfly

We continue our birthday party circuit with Will's 2nd birthday on Saturday. This was pretty special as not only is Erica a dear friend, but a year ago we celebrated Will's 1st birthday with most of the same people and it was so wonderful to see everyone again and be able to bring my "bump" (as Henry was known then) and introduce him to everyone.

I have noticed lately that it is getting increasingly difficult to get a picture of Henry's shiny face as he is in constant motion. I can only get a quick shot of his back or his tushie. I guess this continues as they get older. Here's the best shot that I could get of the festivities.

After the party Henry and I were invited to Claudia and Giacomo's where the main attraction, for Henry, was Alessa. I don't think Alessa minded even though we tried to get them to smooch again (no luck). It looks like Henry was playing hard to get. Silly boy!

Henry made himself at home and Alessa allowed him to drive her car (Henry now has the same one in red). I don't think we'll ever be able to use a stroller again.

Sunday we celebrated Willie and Claudia's engagement. Welcome to our family, Claudia! There's Luka with daddy, 2nd cousin Jacqueline and Aunt Ruth.

Henry is showing daddy how this crawling thing is done. Or, just looking for food under the rug...
